Evgeniya was born in Russia, where she began her dance education, leading to a vibrant 15-year international dance career. Along the way, she discovered her love for aerial training and has spent the last 20 years immersed in aerial performance.
While she enjoyed the excitement of dancing, climbing, and hanging upside down, she eventually faced challenges with pain, especially in her lower back. This struggle became a complex puzzle for her to solve.
Determined to live pain-free, she turned to the Pilates method. After dedicating herself to it, she experienced significant improvements in her condition, greatly enhancing her quality of life.
Eager to learn more, she enrolled in a Pilates education program led by Javier Velasquez and Mariska Barnard at Studio Pilates Rotterdam. This course covers the original work of Joseph H. Pilates, as well as the many additions introduced by his first-generation students.
This transformative experience not only enriched her personal growth but also inspired her to establish her own studio. She is truly passionate about sharing her knowledge and is deeply committed to empowering others by passing on the insights and experiences she has gained throughout her journey.
